95% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €1000 is due.
Notes
Our holiday house will not be rented to groups, it is for families only.
We will monitor the number of guest that you include in your booking and that visit our holiday house. In case we notice their are more guest than you signed up for, we can terminate your stay. The house is suitable for max. 8 adults and 2 kids.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking inside is prohibited. When smoking outside we kindly ask you not to dispose your cigarette butts in the garden, but in an ashtray/bin
Depending on drought conditions, the use of the fire pit or BBQ may be prohibited due to the risk of a fire hazard.
No noise allowed after 23:00hrs
